Campfire sessions are for all attendees to gather around (also called a “plenary” at conferences). Like a real campfire, these sessions provide sustenance, light, warmth to campers. They serve as beacon for the work of agile product ownership.

During Campfires, Jeff, Ellen, or Scott will share essential skills you will apply using our POSC case study.

Survival Skill Sessions are concurrent mini-skill building sessions. During Survival Skills times, you choose which survival skills are most applicable to you, your product, organization and customers.

During Survival Skill Sessions, Jeff, Ellen and Scott will concurrently lead a short skill-building experience. You choose one for that time slot. After each Survival Skill Session, either participants or your Survival Guide (Jeff, Ellen or Scott) will share a concise, short readout of the session so you can see, hear, and get exposure to the other sessions.
